6Percentage of food plan visits achieved against % expected in planPercentage549054Mar 2024MonthlyGreenRedOverdueThe service has made good progress against the Food Service plan as a whole. This must be viewed in the context that we have returned to the requirements of the full Food Law CoP, and no longer the FSA recovery plan. This has brought back in a number of food inspection categories that were not part of the previous plan and as such we have a large back log to work through. The reason for the large number of outstanding visits at the end of the year is primarily due to the carryover of our lowest risk premises (equating to 1837 of the 2054 outstanding total). This has been intentional for FH with a plan to carryout onsite inspections over a 2-year period to refresh our FHRS scores instead of doing remote alternative assessments. - A full breakdown will be in our 2024-25 food service plan.
