The Adult Services Commissioning team are continuing a programme of service monitoring focused on supporting services to improve or retain a positive CQC rating. One care home has been rated Inadequate by CQC in a report published 29.3.24. CQC visit was actually prompted by a visit from the NCC Contracts and Commissioning Team, Adult Social Care. Admissions are being monitored and the home will be supported by the Contracts and Commissioning Team on the improvement action plan.

The latest published England average = 19.0
