COMMENTS: Performance is strong and above target for the year with a continuation of focussed work being done on vetting of Right to Buy applications and Housing Tenancy fraud. There is a 42% withdrawal rate for Right to Buy applications due to the increased verification that would otherwise have resulted in discounts being given where they were not eligible for them .
